Sensory Grounding is a critical skill that anyone can learn to help actively self-regulate and redirect your mind to the present moment. If you're dealing with panic, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, memories or dissociative symptoms such as feeling "spacey" or numb this is likely to be very helpful.
