Call 9-1-1 if you are in an emergency or go to your nearest Hospital Emergency Room.

Dial or Text 9-8-8 any time or Call 1-800-784-2433 if you are experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including thoughts of ending your life.

Crisis Centre British Columbia Mental Health Support Line:

310-6789 (BC-wide, no area code required)
