Fees

​Services

• Individual Clinical Counselling / Psychotherapy $180 ​

• Psychotherapy / EMDR Intensives: up to $990 for a full-day session

• Reports, Clinical Summaries, completion of forms or applications based on $45 per quarter hour.

Cancellations

• 48 hours notice is requested to cancel appointments.

• Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, no-shows or missed appointments without prior notification are responsible for paying the full session fee.

​Payment Options

• E-transfer is preferred on the day of service. 

• Visa, Mastercard, or American Express are also accepted.

Insurance coverage

• Check your coverage for the services of a "Registered Clinical Counsellor"​

• A detailed receipt is provided upon payment which clients may submit to their insurance provider for reimbursement if applicable. Please check in advance with your insurance provider about your specific coverage and requirements. ​
